This is one of the best projects I have been involved with. The original contract was for $2.7 million, to build a 1 million square foot shell in a hurry. The contractor and owner were impressed with our team's performance, and awarded the bulk of the work to build the tooling (manufacturing line) to us. The total of this contract and spin off contracts from this project was $14 million. We also received the N.E.C.A. Award of Excellence for this project. Unfortunately, this page was started after 911. I can not get permission to take pictures inside the building. I have located one picture from the internet of the inside.
