Scheduling

We offer scheduling services to all contractors nationwide. We use SureTrak from Primavera. The files from this software can be made compatible with Primavera P3.

All types of scheduling services are available from preliminary outlines to fully man-hour and cost loaded, high detail CPM schedules. We also provide schedules as required to be submitted for weekly meetings, two week look aheads, and monthly billings.

For subcontractors, our philosophy is to build a schedule based on procurement of materials. We find that project completions are driven more by the delivery of major materials than any other factor. We include purchasing, submittals, re-submittals and projected delivery periods for all major purchases.
