This project consisted of repairing the existing lighting, installing circuits as required for Steelcase furniture, and adding circuits as needed for air conditioning, computer rooms, etc. The 29,800 square foot space is on the second floor of an existing building. The project is on a fast track, requiring creation of as-builts for the existing conditions, engineering and completion. The estimate was conceptual, using only architectural drawings for scope.
